Rope Hoist, mounted on a supported I-Beam, which lowers & raises the cage. ln the absence of a RCC well inside the building, a fabricated enclosure supporting structure can be erected on site. This structure is independent of the building can be erected inside or outside the building, just touching. Guide wheels are fitted on the cage which run in the T-Guides which are provided on the structure on opposite sides. This arrangement enables smooth & trouble free travel of the cage in a vertically straight line. Collapsible gates are provided at all entry! exit points for essential safety.

DESIGN:
Compact dimensions, low weight, easy to operate and easy to maintain, modular design with direct fits between components .
MOTORS:
Sq. Cage crane duty motor as per IS:325 in FLP and non-FLP enclosures uses for sturdy application with elegant continuous cast aluminium sections, integrated safety brakes insulation class F,IP54/55 protection.
GEAR BOXES:
Precision helical gear units in light alloy housings with case-hardened gears, high-grade surface treatment and oil splash lubricated for long life.
In case of counter weight arrangement, Elecon make worm gear box with heavy pulley arrangements is our successful design used in pharmaceutical industries with SS 304 cage and cage doors.
BRAKES :
Single / Dual, disc / shoe electromagnetic DC brakes featuring automatic braking on power failure. Environmentally sound brake linings designed for approx. 1 million braking operations allow long maintenance intervals.
ELECTRICAL PANEL :
Modular design, covering a very wide operating range. The systems are designed for ease of installation and maintenance and reliable operation, with fuseless circuitry, ducted wiring and non-screwed terminals. Each drive group is equipped with a motor overload protection device to provide effective protection against overloading and accidental hanging.
In case of flame proof cage lift, control panel, limit switches, brakes, push button station at each floor are with FLP enclosures.
SPECIAL FEATURES :
- LIMIT SWITCHES To prevent over hoisting & over lowering of hook.
- Limit swtich at each floor and cage doors / floor doors to avoid any accidental casuality.
- ELECTRO-MECHANIC DOOR LOCKS near the collapsible gates to ensure :
(1) Lift does not work electrically if any door is open.
- (2) The collapsible gate does not open mechanically unless cage is on corresponding level.
- SPRING BUFFERS on the floor of the lift well to cushion the cage.
